Technology Solutions for Global Health (Tech4Health) is a Ghana-based consultancy firm dedicated to strengthening pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity across Africa. Headquartered in Accra, Tech4Health works with local pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, donors, and international partners to support the production of high-quality, affordable medicines that meet global standards.
Founded by Dr. Patrick Lukulay, an internationally recognized pharmaceutical scientist and global health leader, Tech4Health leverages decades of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, regulation, quality assurance, and international development to address Africa’s most urgent healthcare challenges.

API Manufacturing Initiative in West Africa
Tech4Health played a critical technical advisory role in the establishment of West Africa’s first API manufacturing plants. We facilitated technology partnerships, conducted regulatory compliance assessments, and supported facility design, laying the groundwork for local production of essential APIs for antimalarial drugs.
GMP Audits
Our consultants have conducted GMP audits of pharmaceutical companies and Biopharmaceutical companies in US, Europe, Asia and Africa aspiring to market their products in African countries.
Conducted audits on behalf of development agencies in order to identify suitable pharmaceutical companies to manufacture products for national distribution
Training Over 100 African Pharma Professionals
Tech4Health has trained more than 100 pharmaceutical professionals across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda in quality assurance, formulation science, and regulatory affairs. These training programs are designed to equip Africa’s next generation of pharmaceutical leaders with skills aligned to international standards.
